1. In the Theta Capture app, look to the bottom-left side icon for CAM and DEVICE IMAGES

2. Notice the menu at the top: Not Transferred, Transferred, All 

3. Tap on the image or video to transfer to device.

TIP: ​Be selective to save memory, time, and stay focused.
